| User manual | Le collier de serrage double fil Ø100 mm en acier zingué de Diamwood est spécialement conçu pour fixer solidement les tuyaux flexibles d’aspiration dans les environnements professionnels comme les ateliers de menuiserie, de métallerie ou les chantiers BTP. Utilité principale Il permet le maintien efficace et sécurisé des tuyaux souples (PVC, PU…) sur les embouts de machines ou systèmes d’aspiration, garantissant ainsi une bonne étanchéité et une stabilité optimale pendant l’utilisation. Avantages Double fil renforcé : assure une pression de serrage homogène sans écraser le tuyau. Acier zingué : résistance élevée à la corrosion et à l’humidité. Serrage simple sans outil complexe : accessible avec un tournevis ou une clé plate. Durabilité : idéal pour les environnements industriels exigeants. Caractéristiques principales Diamètre de serrage : 100 mm Type : double fil Matière : acier zingué Utilisation : tuyaux d’aspiration souples Serrage manuel par vis/écrou Compatible avec tuyaux standards en Ø100 mm Instructions d'utilisation Glissez le collier autour du tuyau à raccorder. Insérez l’extrémité du tuyau sur le raccord ou l’embout de machine. Positionnez le collier au niveau de l’emboîtement. Serrez la vis de fixation à l’aide d’un tournevis ou d’une clé plate jusqu’à obtention d’un maintien ferme. Vérifiez qu’il n’y a pas de jeu ou de fuite d’air. Précautions d'utilisation Ne pas trop serrer pour éviter d’endommager les tuyaux souples. Ne pas utiliser sur des tuyaux rigides ou métalliques. Évitez les environnements fortement corrosifs sans protection complémentaire. Entretien et nettoyage Vérifiez régulièrement l’état du collier (filetage, oxydation, serrage). En cas de résidus, nettoyez à l’aide d’un chiffon sec ou légèrement humide. Ne pas utiliser de produits acides ou abrasifs. |
